Okinawan
Wellness

Okinawa is one of the world's five most longevity area, known as the Blue Zone.
It is said that there are "Nine Elements of Longevity" in the Blue Zone, and Okinawa also has its own secrets to health and longevity that are unique to this place, born from its unique climate and culture.

Inspired by this, we have developed a new form of wellness called "Okinawan Wellness". Based on the 9 Elements of Longevity of the Blue Zones, especially "Exercise," "Diet," "Beliefs," "Connection," and "Ikigai, Purpose in Life," we developed Okinawan Wellness by incorporating the traditional Okinawan lifestyle. Each individual can design a rich life according to his/her lifestyle, physical condition, and feelings of the moment.

Adjust your mind and body by experiencing Okinawan cuisine, known as a food of longevity, ancient beliefs, a desire for peace, and warm smiles.
After your trip, remember Okinawa Wellness and apply it to your daily life. Your life may be transformed into something richer and more fulfilling.

tailormade tour to
experience with
all five senses

Located at the southwestern tip of the Japanese archipelago, approximately 1,600km from Tokyo, Okinawa is known for its rich natural environment, including beautiful ocean with coral reefs and forests that are home to precious endemic plant and animal species.

Okinawa was once an independent nation called the Ryukyu Kingdom and had close relationship with China and Southeast Asia. As a result, it has developed a unique culture and history that differs from those of other areas in Japan.

In addition, the Battle of Okinawa at the end of World War II was so fierce that it was called “Typhoon of Steel”, and many residents lost their precious lives. Okinawan people, who have experienced the Ryukyu Kingdom Period, the Battle of Okinawa, and a variety of other experiences, have always cherished their wish for peace.

Our tours focus on Okinawa's nature, culture, history, kindness, and warm-hearted people, but also include many elements that allow you to experience the concept of Okinawan Wellness through all five senses. Let Tour Designers add color to your travels and daily life through these special experiences that you can only have with us.
